The Q’ero shamans, i.e. Paqos, are known as some of the most powerful healers on the planet.
During this training, they will be your first-hand teachers and guide you through a life-changing journey. They will support and guide you as you open your heart and dive deep into the path of Andean shamanism. The Inca descendants will teach you the fundamental practice of energy medicine and their ancient traditions of healing and ceremonies. You will be given the tools to unite your heart, mind and soul.
Together with Q’ero Paqos, Victor, Carina and Helena will guide you through the mythical map of how these people’s ancestors learned and maintained this energy medicine in the Andean mountains, isolated from the world.

1st Year: the Path of the Heart
The first step of the shaman is to access the core vibrations of your heart and to find your own heart’s calling in life. This is a year of deep immersion into the cosmological vision and tradition of the Q’ero shaman to explore the path of love. Dive deep into the serpent energy to understand and cleanse the past, to prepare for a journey to expand your Munay: the deepest vibration of your heart! Learn the fundamental universal principle of Ayni: how the universe actively reflects and responds to your inner being. To care for the fundamental spirits of our planet and through Munanaquy, the power of love through action. Learn about this sacred bond of love that binds the entire universe together in a living and sacred mutual play. Learn how you can connect to, work and live in Ayni with the fundamental vibrations of the tradition; Earth, Water and Mountain Spirit.
Begin to build and collect the gifts of your own medicine, represented by the medicine knot, your Mesa. Watch as your personal altar begins to rebuild as you grow and explore the stories of Don Juan and other Paqos reconnecting with the ancient altars of their ancestors.
As you create flow into your heart center, you also recreate a foundation of coming home to your true essence. As you become true to yourself, you also create flow into the process and understanding of what calls and guides your heart in life. Gain the tools to reconnect with an enormous life support of living energy as well as ancient ceremonies to awaken a new consciousness to life.
2nd Year: The Path of Wisdom
This is the year you lift the fog of your vision into clarity. Take your next step through a profound journey and this time, the path of learning. When the heart is more open, it is time to access the guidance and voice of your soul. The second power center is called: Yachay which means “clarity”, “wisdom” and “learning”. The Q’ero shamans help you through ceremonies to open your vision center through your third eye. The eye of your soul that has been there and guided you since you were born. Learn how to activate your purest sense of visualizing your future from a healed place within you.
Let the fog that clouds your path disappear and create space to receive the wisdom and humility of your soul. Guide yourself from a place beyond the mind, through meditation and ceremony into the mythical realm of the shaman. The Q’ero shamans will share how to read the signs of destiny and help you lift the veil between the worlds. Observe your inner and outer worlds from a place of divine awareness and see the world like never before.
3rd Year: The Path of the Soul
As the final year of training manifests, dive into the masters of energy medicine and the path of sacred work. You have been preparing for this year since the beginning of your training. It is time to explore your third power center; Llankay which means “action” or “sacred work”. This is the center of sacred manifestation and it is the largest center of the body, located in the abdomen.
After awakening a deeper connection with love and clarity, it is now time to explore your soul’s path on Earth and how to consciously manifest your dream life! Awaken the power of creation within you and learn some of the Q’ero shamans’ most powerful tools for changing and bending the world of living energy.
Integrate the wisdom of a deep healing journey from these two years and bring the medicine together into your conscious being. Awaken and learn how to manifest from a place where your heart, mind and soul merge into one. The time is now; feel, imagine and co-create your destiny!
