The native Q’eros people
The Q’ero people were for long a myth, a people who fled into the mountains when the Spanish invaded the Inca Empire. In 1955, their hidden and remote villages were found in the heighlands of the Andes. There they had preserved their traditions, ancient energy medicine and a 10,000-year-old wisdom. They waited to wander down until around 1990 to answer the prophecies of their ancestors that turned out to be true. Taripaypacha; The time when we meet ourselves again. They answer a call to be of service to modern man and to guide us on the journey of experiencing spiritual health again.
Victor Forselius
In 2009, Victor answered an inner calling and has since walked with the Q’eros native people, spiritual brothers and sisters in the Andes. He has traveled the world to study and share the Inca shamanic tradition and energy medicine further. Over the years, Victor has become a recognized healer and lecturer across Sweden with numerous trainings, clients and partners. In 2011, he founded his company to spread, help and educate even more people to find their voice and home within themselves through spiritual guidance.

Such an amazing week in Basel creating magic again. It was also my birthday and the team gave me hugs, presents, cake and a lot of love. Thank you Dominic and Lauren for the amazing time together. So much love, laughter and fun. Also Roger and Helena for the immense support.
The spiritual path is really just to learn how to trust yourself, find your gifts and your meaning consciously in life. It’s about being yourself fully, with integrity and authenticity in your own expression and truth. The inside matches the outside 🙏🏼❤️ That the voice of soul and your essence in heart, mind and soul; is the way you feel, see, act and create life. Simple as that. 🥰
To find your own path, inner gifts, beauty and to express that place. To be in service for people and the world. It’s a souls calling that looks a bit different for all of us. Altho we create the world and we dream together collectively as well. So let’s live fully, honor your inner voice and if there are things in life holding you back, makes you stuck etc; there are so many tools to heal. There are so many tools to break free, recreate the right relationship with life and to grow beyond what you ever thaught was possible.

What an amazing week in Basel creating magic again. I’m always amazed by creating a new course with ancient wisdom, exercises, inner journeys, healing and ceremony. To share and translate the path of the heart, and in this new course - The path of Soul.
After the last course I created (the path of the heart) who 12 000 people joined during the three free days. And then became the 3d largest in the world, in Younitys global community. That makes me so grateful and humble, that so many love the teachings and how we share the Andean energy medicine. The amazing feedback from people and the great community it creates.
As I went to Basel last week I had an idea of what to share in this brand new course. But not in a planned structured way, like typically me 😅🥰🙏🏼 Then day by day letting the journey be born just like last time. Like a beautiful download of wisdom and how to share it in the best way. What’s in greatest service this time for the people who will reach and join this? Guided by elements, earth, shamanic lineages and spiritual guides. A new course is born and this time I take you through the shamanic way of seeing the three worlds. To heal past and the subconscious, transforming the now/ conscious and to dream and manifest the future and your superconscious. A deep shamanic journey of working in each layer of yourself. To reach the level of soul, your essential being. Allow spirituality to become a part of your being as you dissolve the vail between the worlds. Walk as a human being in between the physical and spiritual world, and explore your souls purpose on earth, this time.
Thanks to Younitys head quarters and Dominic in so many ways. Thanks to Younity Sweden, Roger and Helena and Lauren who makes this all possible.

After 3 weeks in Peru I’m now on my way back home to Sweden. Wow! What an amazing and intense time. Two weeks of intense practice with my mentor and Shamanic master - pouring love, wisdom, ancient teachings and power into my being.
I’m used to go to Peru, bringing groups and guiding them for 3 weeks, and this time it was all for myself. A very beautiful gift and feeling. I feel empowered and a deep inner growth to come back to Europe as a new bridge of ancient native wisdom. Most important not to teach what I have learnt, but to hold all of you that I meet from an even deeper place of service and love.
It’s a unique opportunity to train one by one with an old teacher like this and I feel so grateful, honored and blissful that he’s passing on the power and wisdom, with so much love and trust for my work in the world. In four months I will be back with a group to guide them through this amazing country of, beauty, presence, laughter and community. Would you like to join?
I’m equally as grateful to my Peruvian family, friends and new relationships. Thank you commadre @karinadavalosc for your hospitality trust and love. To @fannycordovaconcha for taking me under your wings on this journey with our mentor. To learn all of this together and helping me to fulfill my destiny. Words can’t describe the gratitude and love I feel right now.

Winter solstice in the north of Sweden is now a definetly a tradition. I have been there for so many years with amazing friends, fellow shamans and family. Every year a lot of people show up to join us in healing and ceremony at Söråkers Herrgård. This year around 70 people came to make a conscious closure of this year. All through powerful ceremonies and healing meditations.
I’m so grateful and joyful to see our huge community and how so many of my wonderful participants are joining, sharing the space with us. It’s like being with family and it’s such a gift to meet all of you who came for the first, second and third time. Wow! 🥰🙏🏼 I feel so much gratitude to all of you, to the universe as well as life here and now. Gratitude for being here and now and that I chose this path almost 17 years ago.
The winter solstice is darkest day of the year. This time it timed perfectly with a new moon and the energy of new beginnings echoed throughout the space. Cutting the cords to the old, letting the old year go in harmony and gratitude - even tho moments may have been hard. We don’t close the door with anger or wounded stories. We look back at life lessons, gifts and growth so that we can tell a new empowered hero story. Owning everything coming our way so that we can step beyond them and elevate to become our life’s purpose. Now we have the power to allow the gifts and experiences/ wisdom we carry; to influence our dream of how we want to manifest the coming year.
Thank you all for showing up and to all of you celebrating with us in different places all around this country and the world.
“So listen to your soul
The way to reach your goal
Is written deep inside
Just trust your inner guide
So overcome your fear
You’ll find your treasure here
Don’t sеarch in foreign lands
You’ve got it in your hands”
Isgaard - Golden Key lyrics ❤️🙏🏼
Tack fantastiska Anna Thoors @yogagongannathors för de fantastiska bilderna! ❤️🙏🏼

7 Years have passed since we first met 🙈😇❤️ and WOW! What a journey. You have been perfect in every way since that first day and yet to se you grow in your spiritual path, saying yes to your own selfmade journey is truly magical. I feel so proud, grateful and happy beyond words for having you in my life. For everything you do for me and us ❤️ For inviting a relationship full of playfulness, laughter and deep talks. We are just as goofy and crazy and we learn from each other all the time.
Two journeys have merged into one and still we walk our own life and path. We don’t need one another to be happy or fulfill our life’s, yet we planted that seed of love that we grow together ❤️ choosing the journey and to love unconditionally.
Thank you @mattiaswennmark for all these years. Im so grateful to have the support be able to be more me than ever and to grow, held by you. I’m looking forward to the journey we have ahead of us.
I love you ❤️

I’m so grateful to share this path of the heart, the path of the dreamer. To watch how our participants grow both deep within and in their journey through life. Gratitude is such a powerful feeling, connecting us with possibilities and oneness.
Seeing the gifts and lessons in life. That everything coming our way is a guide sent from beyond to help us to grow and expand our soul. It connects us with the gifts of the past and those that are heading our way from the future. Most of all it brings us into this very now. Gratitude truly connects us with the place of where we are already healed and from that place within; we see, perceive and experience the world 🙏🏼 What is your gratitude connecting to? What are you grateful for? 🥰
Thank you sweet panachay @aletiajane for sharing your experience, @championsmithcreative for creating this beautiful video ❤️🙏🏼 and for my shamanic soul brother @ben_the_shaman for the love and for making this possible in Guernsey 🙏🏼❤️
