Here your amazing journey of healing and transformation continues. How do you keep yourself strong and safe? How do you face fear within you and in life? Do you meet its gaze and look it in the eye or do you turn away and let it possess you? Break free from the grip of fear and prepare for a journey of transforming lifelessness so you can instead walk fully alive.

N.B! The first day starts at 2 pm but the following days we start with meditation at 7.20 am followed by breakfast before starting the course day at 9 am. On the last day we finish at 3 pm.
